Movie Review: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1. Six movies after young wizard Harry Potter first enrolled at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry we have Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, the two-part epic finale of what is now the most financially successful film franchise of all time.

The decision to split the last Harry Potter into two - a tactic studios are employing more and more these days, with the last of The Twilight Saga, to name just one, following suit - is both a good and bad thing for fans. It's good because it means more of the mammoth Deathly Hallows book can be transferred to the big-screen over the space of two movies. But while this may please fans, the fact that we'll have to wait until next summer to see Part 2 will surely be frustrating, even if it does help build up anticipation.

So is Deathly Hallows Part 1 as epic as it has been made out to be? Does it start off a fitting conclusion to the franchise? Well, yes and no.

Firstly, most things fans retun to the Harry Potter films time and time again for are to be found here. Plenty of magical spells, exciting set pieces, extraordinary situations for our young trio of heroes face up against once more and just generally getting to spend time with these beloved characters.

The main trouble with Deathly Hallows Part 1 is that it doesn't feel entirely like its own film. It's extremely evident that this is just one part of a bigger story broken off and displayed on its own. Most of the time it feels less occupied with making itself standalone and more like "Wait till you see Part 2!" It feels very much like a precursor to the hopefully epic conclusion and although that may work fine when that conclusion has still to be released but in the long-term it's going to hurt the movie's own sense of identity, or lack thereof.

Another problem Part 1 of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows has is that there's a long stretch in the middle of the film where little actually happens, at least in terms of the usual magical, spectacle-filled set pieces we've come to know and love about the franchise. For a long stretch of time we follow Harry, Ron and Hermione on the run, hiding in the woods from Lord Voldemort and his legion of followers, out of the safe and familiar confines of Hogwarts (we never actually visit the school in the entire film). Although this allows for certain issues and themes that have been bubbling under the surface for a long time to finally rear their heads - not to mention give the three main actors a chance to actually act - it does make it a lot less engaging than a few of the others films. "Oh, just get on with it!" was a thought that crossed my mind on more than one occasion.

‘Captain America’ Casts Toby Jones To Play The Villain Zola

Joe Johnston isn’t settling for one villain in his upcoming Marvel Studios comic book adaptation, Captain America. The director has grabbed Toby Jones to play a second baddie, named Arnim Zola.

Zola was an evil biochemist during World War II,who figured out a way to take everything about a person’s mental signature and basically burn them into a cloned brain. His work was sometimes funded by Red Skull, who was the first villain cast in Captain America, to be played by Hugo Weaving (Lord of the Rings, The Matrix).

Zola’s desire to play God was put to use for none other than Adolf Hitler, whose brain patterns were imprinted onto what became Hate-Monger so that Hitler could live on in the event of his own death. He even burned himself into his own new body, which looks similar the body that Krang from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles walked around in, only more robotic.

Jones is a great character actor who few know but many would recognize one way or another. His best performance perhaps came in Infamous, where he played Truman Capote. Aside from that, he was also in Stephen King’s The Mist, W., and Frost/Nixon. And if you don’t recognize him from those movies, everyone should recognize his voice as being the same as Dobby the House Elf from the Harry Potter series of films.

Apparently the movie is also no longer called The First Avenger: Captain America. Now it’s called Captain America: The First Avenger. Seriously, movie people? Can we just pick a damn title and stick with it? In a few months, you’re just going to realize that a sub-title doesn’t always sound cool, and that Captain America alone is the easiest to latch onto, so why not just start with that instead of playing musical chairs?

Captain America will be released on July 22, 2011.

Siklon sangat mencintai dan melindungi Chanisa sementara Raka Chanisa teman menaruh hati, yaitu Helen. Melalui perjuangan panjang, Laurence dan Helen akhirnya berkencan. unik acara seperti gila dan mereka telah berbagi. Chanisa semakin penyakit kronis, dibawa ke Rumah Sakit siklon. Semua ujian dan biaya rawat inap badai harus memberikan uang untuk membuat yang sangat besar, untuk pemulihan Badai Chanisa harus mencari uang.

Lorenzo tidak akan melihat temannya sedih dan siap untuk melakukan apa saja untuk itu. Raka yang ingin menyederhanakan masalah, kemudian meminjam uang pada rentenir dengan periode pembayaran kembali minggu. Laurence memberi uang untuk angin topan. Bila waktu yang singkat, Raka menerima ancaman dari Romi (Rangga Djoned), anggota band rentenir, dengan partisipasi dari Helen menjadi korban jika tidak Raka dibayar dengan bunga ketika saatnya tiba. Badai dan uang Raka dengan mencoba masuk ke ATM pada saat itu pemerkosaan geng Romi dengan Helen.

Raka hancur melihat kondisi menggenaskan Helen, dan membawanya ke rumah sakit. Raka bertemu dengan kesetiaan dan perhatian dari Helen. Raka diam-diam kebencian terbakar, Romi Basecamp telah datang untuk membalas dendam. Tapi sebaliknya Romi Raka butut dipukuli dengan kelompoknya. Badai, Chanisa dan Helen juga sangat takut menyembunyikan Romi menunggu Raka. Setelah beberapa hari, Raka tidak datang, maka setelah badai. There has been much anticipation over the last couple of days about the just-announced Pokémon Black/White. What will its setting be? Will it be the reboot that some fans have been hankering for? Or is it simply yet another refinement of the formula that has been entertaining us for years?

Well, CoroCoro Magazine appears to have some of the answers. Scans of the upcoming issue have leaked ahead of the official date that Nintendo gave for the latestPokémon game’s unveil, 15th April. It seems that the setting is similar – a pseudo-modern urban land. The big news from these shots, however, is that there is more reliance on 3D, with a lower-angled viewpoint showing off some excellent skyscrapers, whilePokémon Centres and Pokémarts seem to have been combined into one building.

Battles have also had their appearance adjusted slightly, though are still sprite-based and look as if they will act out in the familiar manner thatPokémon fans are used to. The view is more zoomed out and includes environments in the background. Players’ Pokémon are now displayed in full, rather than just their upper body, and have shadows. Perhaps this is a sign that the animation will be improved this time round, too.

There is no sign of Pokémon following your main character, as introduced in Pokémon HeartGold/SoulSilver, but we’ll have to wait and see what features do carry over and if other improvements make up for this. The altered, more 3D-reliant, viewpoint may give credence to speculation thatPokémon Black/White, due to be released on Nintendo DS later on this year, will have 3DS enhancements when played in the newly-announced system.

Celebrate the Nun and The Loop

In 1986 H. P. Baxxter and Rick J. Jordan met in Hanover, Germany through a small ad and founded the new wave band Celebrate The Nun. The band released two albums, Meanwhile (1989) and Continuous (1991), and five singles. Slin Tompson left the band in 1990 to start a project on his own. Lead vocals were done by Baxxter and female vocals were delivered by Baxxter's sister Britt Maxime.[3] Not finding the expected success in the new wave arena Baxxter kept working at the former Hamburg based Indie label (currently Edel Records) in distribution and sales where he met Scooter's future manager Jens Thele.[4] Soon afterwards, in late 1993, the former Celebrate the Nun members joined up with Baxxter's cousin Ferris Bueller under the management of Jens Thele to form a remix team known as The Loop. The Loop became one of the top remix teams in Germany, releasing remixes for artists like Adeva, Holly Johnson, The Tag Team, RuPaul, and Marky Mark feat. Prince Ital Joe.[5]

Scooter started as a project in 1994. Their debut single "Vallée De Larmes" (French for Valley of Tears) reached #8 on the German official dance chart. In April, Scooter played their first live show at "The Palladium" in Hamburg. At that point, Scooter officially switched from being a project into a band, and Baxxter's "rapping" became one of the band's trademarks.

At first, "Hyper Hyper" was expected to be a small hit within the club scene, but it became a platinum record, selling 700,000 units,[4][6] eventually reaching number 2 on Germany's Media Control single chart. Scooter's third single "Move Your Ass" reached number 3 within Media Control's single chart after a few weeks of its release. The follow-up singles, "Friends" and "Endless Summer", occupied similar positions.

The band maintained the initial technique of their sound throughout their second album, Our Happy Hardcore, until the style became noticeably different with their 1996 single "I'm Raving" (from the 3rd album Wicked) as the tempos were down to 138 BPM from their previous tempos which were between the range of 160 and 190 BPM. The single got gold certification, reaching no. 4 in Germany.

Scooter's fourth album, Age of Love, went gold, selling 250,000 units within four weeks of its release.

In 1998, Ferris Bueller (Soren Buehler) left the group to pursue a solo career, and was replaced by DJ Axel Coon, who had been working with the band at the recording studio for some time already. Scooter released one of their memorable singles "How Much is the Fish?" which charted at #3, selling over 300,000 units and becoming another gold single. Their fifth album, No Time to Chill, reached the number 4 position on the Media Control album chart.

In July 1999, "Faster Harder Scooter", Scooter's first single from their sixth album, Back to the Heavyweight Jam, reached number 7 at home. "Back to the Heavyweight Jam", "Fuck the Millennium", band members' use of aliases and the spoken intro to "Fuck the Millenium" all heavily reference The KLF, who pioneered the concept of live crowd samples as part of their stadium house concept and White Room album.

Scooter released their seventh album, Sheffield, in May 2000. Sheffield took another new direction including 6/8 rhythms on tracks "Don't Gimme the Funk" and "Sex Dwarf". In late 2000, after their second single "She's the Sun," Scooter were awarded a Comet at the 2000 VIVA Comet Awards in the "Most Successful Dance Act" category.

The band's 21st single, "Posse (I Need You on the Floor)," was the first Scooter single since "Endless Summer" to include a high-pitched-voice in the chorus. Their eighth album, We Bring the Noise, released in June 2001, included another single, "Aiii Shot the DJ." A limited edition version of the album included a cover of the 1978 City song "Am Fenster" as a bonus track.

In December 2001, Scooter released their 23rd single "Ramp! (The Logical Song)" from the compilation album Push The Beat For This Jam. The single shipped over 200,000 units in Germany and went gold in many countries as well as platinum in Australia, Norway, and the United Kingdom, where 407,000 copies of the single were sold.

At the beginning of 2002, the band released their second Best Of album titled Push the Beat for this Jam (The Singles 98-02). Coon left the band to pursue a solo career in DJing and remixing, and Jay Frog became the new DJ.

As a quick way of introducing the new member Frog to their fans, the trio released a second compilation album in November 2002, 24 Carat Gold. Scooter's 24th single, "Nessaja" was a cover version of the title track from Peter Maffay's musical Tabaluga, and debuted at number one on the German official single charts.

Scooter enjoyed a comeback within the UK charts, with 6 top 20 UK singles "The Logical Song" (UK #2), "Nessaja" (UK #4), "Posse (I Need You On The Floor)" (UK #15), "Weekend!" (UK #12), "The Night" (UK #16) and "Maria (I Like It Loud)" (UK #16) all charting within an 18 month period.[7]

In 2003, the video for "Weekend!" caused a scandal with its scenes of topless dancers. The song reached number 2 on the German Media Control single chart.

In March 2003, Scooter released their next studio album, The Stadium Techno Experience. The album climbed to number 7 on the Media Control album chart. The single "The Night" became the last to feature the high pitched voice effect and reached the Top 10 in Germany. The next single from the album, "Maria (I Like It Loud)", was released in collaboration with hardcore producers Marc Acardipane and Dick Rules, reaching number 4 on the single charts.

Mind The Gap was Scooter's 10th studio album, released in three different versions: basic, regular and deluxe. The 28th single, "Shake That!" flavored with 70s disco sound was released on 4 October in most European countries, entering the German Media Control single chart at number 8 and gaining Gold certification in the Czech Republic.[8]

Their 11th studio album, Who's Got the Last Laugh Now?, featured a cover version of "Everlasting Love." The Who's Got The Last Laugh Now? 2006 tour was followed by the release of both the CD and the 2-disc DVD entitled Excess All Areas, one of the DVDs containing the final Hamburg concert of the tour and the second containing every music video released so far.
[edit] 2006–2008

On August 14, 2006, it was announced that Jay Frog had decided to leave the band to pursue a solo career. Frog was replaced by Michael Simon, who had remixed some of Scooter's tracks while in search of success with his "Shahin & Simon" project. On August 19, Scooter played at the Tufertschwil Open Air in Switzerland, where Simon debuted.

The single "Behind the Cow" was premiered at The Dome 40 in Düsseldorf on December 1, 2006, and was released on January 19, 2007. The song and its lyrics are based on "What Time Is Love?" by The KLF. Their 12th album The Ultimate Aural Orgasm, which includes the songs "The United Vibe" (cover version of Den Harrow's "Catch the Fox"), "Scarborough Affair" or "The Shit That Killed Elvis" (collaboration with Jimmy Pop, the frontman of American fun-rock-band The Bloodhound Gang), was released on February 9, 2007. The second single release of The Ultimate Aural Orgasm was "Lass Uns Tanzen" which appeared in stores on March 23.

On August 10, Scooter released a new single called "The Question is What is the Question", the release of which surprised many of their fans as they were expecting a third single from the current album rather than new material. The band released a jumpstyle cover version of classic 70's track "How Do You Do" by Mouth & MacNeal. Scooter released their 13th studio album, Jumping All Over the World, on 30 November 2007, containing all three singles ("The Question is What is the Question", "And No Matches" and "Jumping All Over the World"). A limited edition of the album contains a bonus CD including all Scooter's German top ten hits, from "Hyper, Hyper" to "How Much Is The Fish?" as well as a previously unreleased version of "The Question Is What Is The Question?"[9]

In November 2007, the band made its debut tour of Australia, never having visited the country before despite a #1 single there (The Logical Song) some 6 years earlier. Scooter performed at the famous Scattered rave party in Sydney as well as in Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth.

In March 2008, the group embarked on its first arena tour of the UK as part of Clubland Live, appearing alongside other All Around The World acts such as Cascada and Ultrabeat. During this tour, Scooter performed a retooled version of "I'm Lonely" from Jumping All Over The World; the single was released in Germany on 18 April 2008. "The Question Is What Is The Question" was released in the UK the same week, charting at number 49. The band made international news in May 2008 when Jumping All Over The World unexpectedly entered at number 1 on the UK Albums Chart, replacing Madonna's album Hard Candy after just one week[10][11] It is Scooter's first number 1 in the UK and first album release there in five years.

February 2009 saw the release of a Scooter tribute album entitled Hands On Scooter, featuring artists such as The Bloodhound Gang, Status Quo, and Sido covering or sampling Scooter songs.[12]

During the summer of 2009, Scooter announced their next studio album, Under The Radar Over The Top. On August 14, 2009, Scooter released "J'adore Hardcore", the first single from Under The Radar Over The Top. "J'adore Hardcore" was based on Planet Funk's "Chase the Sun" and The Pitcher's "I Just Can't Stop.".[13] On July 30, 2009, during the video shoot for "J'adore Hardcore," Baxxter was almost a victim of a car bomb attack in Majorca, Spain.[14] Michael Simon reported that Baxxter was alright and it was a very near miss. For their next single, single, "Ti Sento", Scooter collaborated with Italian singer Antonella Ruggiero. Ti Sento became a hit in Germany, and was released the day Under The Radar Over The Top was released. During the first week of sales, Under The Radar Over The Top appeared 2nd on the German charts. Ti Sento appeared as a number 11 hit on German charts the same week and peaked at 10 the following week. It was confirmed on November 3rd that The Sound Above My Hair would be the third single from the album. The video premiered on YouTube on the 12th of November. The single was released on November 27.

The "Under The Radar Over The Top" Tour was announced before the album was released. Originally, the tour was only to be a week long through several German cities such as Hamburg, Berlin, and Leipzig and one Swiss city, Zurich, throughout March 2010 . This is expected to be followed up with dates in more countries for the rest of the year.

On February 9, 2010 it was announced that Scooter will have the official song of the 2010 ice hockey world championships. This song will be Stuck On Replay, it will be released as the 4th single on the March 12, 2010 but a reworked single version not the album version. Source Wiki.

Value Investing

One of the most popular method of investing as well as powerful in yield (return) high in the history of world investment is Value Investing. The concept investment was initiated by Prof. Benjamin Graham. One of the world-class value investor is Warren Buffet who is one of the richest people in the world today.

Of course, investors who want to use this strategy to understand the technical evaluation of stock values in accordance with the character of capital markets. Understanding of the fundamental aspects of the key to the success of this value investing. But it's good once we understand the definition of value investing are:

Value investing is finding a stock that is selling at a discount to its intrinsic value or companies that the market has undervalued for some reason unrelated to its economic fundamentals.

From the above definition, the key words are: discount to intrinsic value and undervalued. Then if intrinsic value is meant? How to be undervalued?. Intrinsic value is the fair value and worth of shares traded while the price undervalued the conditions under its intrinsic value.

The difference between intrinsic value and the value of these shares undervalued called discount notes, but with the value of these shares are not undervalued because of fundamental problems. The main problem of this strategy is the ability of our analysis in determining the intrinsic value of a stock that we are undervalued or overvalued know compared to the price.

Margin of Safety

Is the space between the intrinsic value with the value of its undervalued create "safety" equivalent to the discount it. We get benefits obtained when the corrected price back to fair value of margin of safety for her.

This becomes very important because the success of value investing lies in the accuracy of vote shares at the right place also. Certainly the ability of analysis and fundamental research and the discipline becomes important. If you could not buy the stock at that price, you would pass.

Financial Ratios

Some important financial ratios considered in this strategy are:

• price to book ratios
• price to sales ratios
• price to earnings ratios
• price to cash flow ratios

Untungnya dapet gantinya Facebook-hot naik kelas PR2 xixixi...., blog2 lain yang prafangga kelola juga banyak yang naik kelas. Tapi kok malah sepi Job?? Menurut pemikiran facebook-hot dengan sepinya job yang facebook-hot dapet adalah karena PR banyak yang naik kelas. Bisa dibilang naik drastis (contoh ekstreme PR0 naik PR4 dengan mudah) kok bisa yach wekekekek salut dah ma temen2. Otomatis mereka menjadi pesaing didalam job review (logikanya sich) maap yach temen2 blogger dah saya katain pesaing wekekekek... PIS ('.')v

Its' no problem, ini adalah persaingan bebas dan bersih. Tetap Optimis dan semangat merayu para pemberi rizki Job review. Dengan penuh harapan memperbaiki konten dan artikel penulisan facebook-hot berharap bakal mendapat job lebih dihari hari kedepan.
